Joslyn McCoy, Ph.D., LBA, B.C.B.A.-D
Dr. Joslyn McCoy, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral specializing in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents. Dr. McCoy is a native of Lafayette and has been in practice in the Acadiana area since 2006.
Dr. McCoy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dr. McCoy went on to earn a Doctorate degree in Medical/Clinical Psychology from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2005. During that time, she completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disorders (LEND) training program which aims to improve health outcomes for children at-risk for neurodevelopmental disorders. She also provided assessment and therapy services to children undergoing stem cell and solid organ transplant and their siblings. She completed a pre-doctoral internship and a post-doctoral fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. Primary areas of study were Infant Mental Health (social and emotional development of those ages 0-6 years) and Pediatric Psychology. Dr. McCoy completed course work through University of North Texas Department of Behavior Analysis and supervised independent fieldwork to meet examination requirements for board certification in Behavior Analysis.
Dr. McCoy has been in private practice since 2012. Prior to that time, Dr. McCoy was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry with LSU Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Her practice was within the Department of Pediatrics in Lafayette until its re-structure in 2012. Dr. McCoy volunteers as a member of the Autism Society Acadiana Advisory Board.
Services offered to children and adolescents include evaluation of Autism Spectrum Disorders using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Developmental Delays, ADHD, Learning Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, and Mood concerns such as depression and anxiety/OCD.
Dr. McCoy’s training in behaviorism and infant mental health allows for a unique perspective on the social, emotional, and behavioral development of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. This lends to a comprehensive conceptualization, assessment, and treatment planning and implementation process for young children.
Kimberly Broussard David, Ph.D.
Dr. Kimberly David, a native of Abbeville, LA, received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2007. She then received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2009 and her Doctorate degree in School Psychology from University of Missouri in 2014. Dr. David completed a clinical internship and two years of a clinical postdoctoral fellowship in behavioral psychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute within Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. David conducts diagnostic evaluations and provides behavioral assessment and therapy for young children. She specializes in parent and child training for children, ages 2 years to 12 years of age, presenting with disruptive behaviors, such as noncompliance, tantrums, mild aggression, sleep difficulties, toileting difficulties, anxiety, depression, and behaviors related to ADHD. Dr. David is also a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist. PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children with emotional and behavioral disorders that places emphasis on improving the quality of the parent-child relationship and changing parent-child interaction patterns.
Eleanore Heaton, Ph.D.
Dr. Eleanore “Ellie” Heaton is a Licensed Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Heaton is a native of Grand Coteau, Louisiana and a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans in 2011. Dr. Heaton then attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Educational Psychology (2014) and her Doctoral degree in School Psychology (2016). She completed a pre-doctoral internship with the Tennessee Internship Consortium in a rural school district and a university-based clinic. Dr. Heaton then completed a post-doctoral position with the University of Tennessee in both school and clinical settings. Dr. Heaton moved to Baton Rouge in 2017, where she worked for the West Baton Rouge Parish school system for three years before moving back home to Acadiana and joining the Aspire team. Dr. Heaton specializes in conducting psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents. Specifically, she offers assessments of Autism Spectrum Disorder using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Delays, Behavior Disorders, and Mood Disorders. Dr. Heaton’s experience in both school and clinical settings makes her uniquely equipped to conduct comprehensive assessments and provide useful recommendations for clients, families, and teachers.

Morgan Foreman Bernard, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Mrs. Morgan F. Bernard is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2012, and her Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015. She completed her Master’s thesis on the topic of “Responses towards Tantrum Behavior in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.” Morgan completed course work through University of North Texas Department of Behavior Analysis and supervised independent fieldwork with Dr. McCoy to meet examination requirements for board certification in Behavior Analysis. She has been board certified and licensed in the state of Louisiana to practice behavior analysis since 2016. She has worked in the field of ABA and with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder since 2013.
Morgan aims to provide effective and individualized behavioral treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Treatment focuses on teaching children skills they will need to be successful in multiple environments, like home, school, and the community. She specializes in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention and supervises the treatment of children in the preschool preparatory program at Aspire Behavioral Health Center. She also supervises treatment of school aged children needing additional behavioral or skill support after school hours. She is also available to consult with schools and teachers in order to aid in the creation of the most successful learning environment possible for children with Autism. Morgan also specializes in behavioral feeding therapy. She utilizes behavioral techniques while creating a fun and safe environment for children to explore and come to enjoy new foods.
Jennifer Moore Welliver, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Jennifer Welliver is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013 from Spring Hill College. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Psychology in 2015 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During graduate school, Jennifer began working as a Registered Behavior Technician implementing Applied Behavior Analysis. Working as a Registered Behavior Technician with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder sparked a passion to continue education in this field. From there, Jennifer began her board certification coursework and supervised fieldwork, under the supervision of Dr. Joslyn McCoy, at the University of North Texas. Jennifer became board certified and licensed in the state of Louisiana in 2017. As a Behavior Analyst, Jennifer implements behavioral interventions personalized to each child. These personalized treatment interventions strive to teach necessary skills and tools needed throughout the child’s life, including school and home.
Alix Angelle Melancon, LBA, B.C.B.A.
​Mrs. Alix A. Melancon is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Louisiana and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. She continued her education and earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Washington, distance program, where she also completed the course work in Applied Behavior Analysis. While attending the University of Washington, Alix completed the intensive practicum program under the supervision of Dr. Joslyn McCoy as well as the university’s BCBA. She has been board certified and licensed in the state of Louisiana to practice behavior analysis since 2017. Alix has been working with children since 2012 as an enrichment teacher and in the field of ABA since 2014 in both home and clinical settings. As a behavior analyst, Alix strives to create effective and efficient individualized behavioral treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Treatment programs are designed to promote child independence as well as to develop essential skills necessary to be successful across all environments of the child’s life. Alix trains and supervises the treatment of the children in the preschool preparatory program at Aspire Behavioral Health Center. She is also available to collaborate with parents and teachers for children who need extra support in the school and home setting. All behavioral techniques used in programs are designed to be positive, safe, and fun for the children to create an effective and enjoyable learning environment.
Emily Menard, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Emily Menard is a Lafayette born and raised LBA and BCBA. She earned her bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology from LSU in 2012 and went on to earn her master's degree in Applied Psychology from UL in 2015. While at UL, Emily was a member of the Louisiana Contextual Science Research Group where she had the opportunity to learn about behavior analysis and travel to and present research at national behavior analysis conferences. As a part of her graduate assistantship at UL, she held reminiscence therapy groups for older adults at local assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Upon graduation, Emily found herself working with individuals on the opposite end of the lifespan and realized a passion for nurturing and teaching children with ASD. She began coursework for board certification through the University of North Texas and supervised fieldwork under Dr. McCoy and has been board certified and licensed in the state of Louisiana since 2018.
Emily aims to provide each child with the language, social, and adaptive skills they need to be successful in all areas of life both in the short-term and long-term while celebrating and cultivating the unique strengths and interests of each child. Each child's treatment program is designed specifically for them, is implemented in a positive, fun, and safe environment, and is continually assessed and modified for maximum effectiveness.
Whitney Newton, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Whitney Newton is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015. She worked as a Registered Line Technician with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder since 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Joslyn McCoy, Ph.D., LBA, BCBA-D which inspired her to continue her education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in Muncie, IN in 2017, where she also completed the board certification coursework. Whitney obtained board certification in behavior analysis and licensure in the state of Louisiana in 2018. Whitney is committed to providing high quality behavior analysis services to children and their families in order to help them reach their fullest potential.
Lauren Sonnier, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Mrs. Lauren Sonnier, from the small town of Ville Platte, LA, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her journey began at Louisiana State University where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015 and then pursued a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Ball State University. She completed her course work through Ball State under the supervision of Joslyn McCoy, Ph.D., LBA, BCBA-D in 2016. Lauren has also trained fellow Aspire employees on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With greater than seven years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities, she is dedicated to helping individuals meet their highest potential and foster meaningful change. Lauren believes that every child is unique and deserves the appropriate services necessary to help reach his or her highest potential and support his or her natural strengths.
Tory Miller, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Tory earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. After graduation, she joined the team at Aspire Behavioral Health Center, working directly with clients as a registered line technician. That experience inspired Tory to further her expertise, and in 2019, she earned a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. The coursework completed in her master’s program also enabled her to obtain board certification in behavior analysis and licensure in Louisiana in 2020. She has worked very closely with other Aspire BCBAs and continually collaborates on treatments and behavioral plans. She also served as a peer leader at Aspire, which helped guide and shape new employees on the primary focus and techniques of applied behavioral analysis.
Tory is passionate about planning, developing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans to help children and families reach their goals. She strives to provide individualized treatments because every child is unique in their learning patterns. She delivers high-quality services to children with autism using effective and evidence-based assessments and interventions. She also offers support to individuals and their families by coordinating and collaborating on their wants and needs.
Kirsten Olander, LBA, B.C.B.A.
Mrs. Kirsten Olander, from the small town of New Iberia, LA, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2016 and then pursued a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University. She completed her course work through an intensive practicum at McNeese State University under the supervision of multiple LBA’s through the McNeese Autism Program in 2018. She also completed her Master’s thesis on the topic of “Comparing the Effectiveness of Massed- Trial Training (MTT) Versus Interspersed- Trial Training (ITT) When Training Target Responses to Adolescents with Autism.” Kirsten then presented her 1st place student thesis poster as a preliminary study in New Orleans at the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association conference. She has worked in the field of ABA and with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities since 2015. She firmly believes that communication is essential, and every child should be able to express themselves in some form or way. Kirsten specializes in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). She utilizes this alternative communication system PECS to help teach children with little or no communication abilities to express their needs or wants within their environment. Each child’s treatment program is designed to promote independence to help the child navigate through their natural environment safely.
Reagan Thompson, LBA, B.C.B.A
Ms. Reagan Thompson, born and raised in Scott, Louisiana, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior, Analyst. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018. She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2021. She worked as a Registered Line Technician with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2017 and with Aspire as an RLT 2019-2021 under the supervision of Whitney Bihm, LBA, BCBA, and Jennifer Welliver, LBA, BCBA. She strives to meet each child where they are developmentally in order to help them reach their highest potential in all they do. She is dedicated to creating treatment plans unique to each child that set them up for ongoing progress in their developmental journey.
Brooke Allemand, LBA, B.C.B.A
Brooke Allemand is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2017. She then began working at Aspire in 2018 as a Registered Line Technician where she became intrigued with ABA and the impact it made in the lives of her clients and their families. In January 2019, Brooke decided to continue her education to pursue a degree in Applied Behavior Analyst at Ball State University. She graduated in July 2020 with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analyst emphasizing in Autism. Brooke is inspired to continue to educate the families of those diagnosed with Autism on ABA principles. She approaches all of her clients with respect, patience, and understanding assuring her work aligns with the ethical standards of ABA.
Alexis Welliver, LBA, BCBA
Alexis Welliver is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. She continued in her education and received her Master of Special Education from the University of Washington with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021. Alexis has been working at Aspire as a Registered Line Technician and the Middle School teacher at Soar Academy since 2017. As a behavior analyst, Alexis dedicates her time to creating effective and valuable individualized behavioral treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She supervises the treatment of the students in Soar Academy; a special education program that utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis principles with support from other disciplines. Alexis is passionate about creating treatment plans focused on academic and social communication skills that all clients need to reach their full potential. These plans are designed to make the learning environment uplifting and fun as well as safe and effective for all clients.
Taylor Lacour, LBA, BCBA
Taylor Lacour is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Lafayette. After graduating from the University of Louisiana- Lafayette with a Bachelor of the Arts focused in child and family studies, Taylor came to work at Aspire. Once working at Aspire, she decided to continue her education in ABA and was awarded her master’s degree in psychology from Capella University. Under the supervision of Emily Menard, LBA, Taylor completed fieldwork and sat for her board exam in early 2022. During her supervision, Taylor had the opportunity to work with many different clients and learn different programs. Taylor knows the importance of incorporating different programs to ensure that each client receives personalized care, meeting the individual where they are. She is passionate about working with clients and families to create and maintain quality relationships within the individuals community. Taylor strives to bring out the full potential of her clients by providing the client with quality, evidence-based practices along with compassion and understanding.
Lauren Smith, LBA, BCBA
Mrs. Lauren Smith is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior, Analyst. She graduated from Church Point High school and currently resides in Eunice, Louisiana. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA in 2013. She began working as a Registered Line Technician in 2017 and later continued her education and earned a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2021. She strives to understand the individual needs of those with developmental delays and implement achievable goals to help them fulfill their fullest potential both socially and developmentally. She enjoys incorporating play in all environments of treatment to give the most opportunities for the individual to express themselves in ways they are comfortable and most natural. One of her special interests in the field is exploring and learning about feeding interventions. She also values the needs of parents and guardians, and strives to collaborate and educate others in what applied behavior therapy offers and the principal foundations of autism. She is most passionate about creating evidence-based treatment plans that are unique to the individual as well as universal for their social and family life.
Copelin Schultz, LBA, BCBA
Copelin Schultz is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Lake Charles, Louisiana. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Speech-Language Pathology and his Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University in May 2022. Under the supervision of Jennifer Welliver, LBA, Copelin completed his fieldwork hours and passed his board exam in July 2022. Through supervision, Copelin was able to gain experience working with a wide variety of clients and manage problem behaviors of high magnitude. Copelin has gained experience working one on one with clients both in the clinic and in the school setting. He has a special interest in building foundational skills and creating opportunities to learn early social skills in the natural environment for school readiness. Copelin's main focus when providing intervention is to personalize and individualize the client's program for how they learn and not just what they learn.
Tonya Roy, LBA, BCBA
Tonya Roy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior analyst who grew up in Cankton, Louisiana but currently resides in Breaux Bridge, LA. She earned her Bachelor’s
Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. It was when Tonya began working at Aspire Behavioral Health Center as a Registered Line Technician in
2020, providing ABA services to children that she decided to further her education. Under the supervision of Linda Reed, LBA, BCBA, she gained fieldwork experience working one on one with clients in the clinic, home, and school setting. She has experience working with a variety of individuals and ages which helps her individualize each program for her clients. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2022. In the field of ABA, Tonya has a special interest in teaching alternative communication systems and identifying procedures that can help increase her team’s performance.
Michele Roberts, LBA, BCBA
Michele Roberts is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Cecilia, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2018. She began working as a Registered Line Technician with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2018. She worked as an RLT for Aspire Behavioral Health Center from 2020-2022 under the supervision of Whitney Newton, LBA, BCBA. During her time as an RLT, she gained much experience providing ABA therapy to children of all ages in the clinic, school, and home settings. She fell in love with seeing her clients reach their goals and decided to continue her education in Applied Behavior Analysis She went on to earn her Master’s degree from Capella University in 2020, where she also completed her board certification coursework She obtained board certification in behavior analysis and licensure in the state of Louisiana in 2022 Michele is committed to creating and monitoring individualized treatment plans to help clients and their families reach their full potential.
Emma LeBlanc, LBA, BCBA
Emma LeBlanc is a Licensed Behavioral Analyst and a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst from Lafayette, LA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. In 2022, Emma graduated from Penn State University and earned her master’s degree in Special Education with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis. During grad school, she worked as a Registered Line Technician at Aspire Behavioral Health Center with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of Alix Melancon, LBA, BCBA, Emma completed her fieldwork hours and passed her board exam in 2022. As an RLT she has gained experience in the clinic, school, and home setting. As a behavioral analyst, Emma strives to promote client dignity, independence, and communication skills. She enjoys planning creative activities in the clinic for the children to promote social and play skills.
Katie Welsh, LBA, BCBA
Katie Welsh is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She earned her bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2020. Katie began working at Aspire as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) shortly after graduating, and fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her time as an RLT she worked one on one with clients of all ages implementing behavioral interventions and creating a positive learning environment. Under the supervision of Kirsten Olander, LBA, BCBA, Katie completed her course work and obtained her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2023. She became licensed in the state of Louisiana and board certified in 2023 as well. As a behavior analyst, Katie strives to provide the upmost care, compassion and support to her clients and their families. She is passionate about teaching children through their natural environment and watching them reach their full potential with individualized goals. Special interests of hers are alternative communication systems and organizational behavior management. She believes every child has a voice and with effective communication and lots of patience it will open up a world of opportunity and success.
Claire Prejean, LBA, BCBA
Claire Prejean is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Obra D. Tompkins High School in Katy, Texas, and currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she began working as a Registered Behavior Technician with children ages 2-18 years who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. After recognizing her passion for ABA and working with the autism population, she then decided to further her education and earned a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as an additional graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Claire gained fieldwork experience working one on one with individuals with a wide variety of behaviors and skill deficits in the clinic and school setting. Claire is passionate about meeting each client's unique needs by creating individualized goals that build upon their strengths. Claire strives to create a learning environment that is enriched, engaging, and most importantly fun! She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality behavior analysis services that allow a learner to be successful across all relevant environments.
Camille Jeanne, LBA, BCBA
Camille Jeane is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Maurice, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018. She began working as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) in 2019 before she decided to further her education. In 2021, Camille graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She then came to work at Aspire as a RLT in 2021 where she completed fieldwork hours under the supervision of Kirsten Olander, LBA, BCBA. During her time as an RLT, she gained experience working one on one with clients in the clinic, home, and school setting. Camille strives to provide evidence-based treatments for individuals with developmental delays based on their individual needs. She has a special interest in augmentative and alternative communication systems and using them to help promote functional communication for individuals with little or no communication skills.
Lauren Capdepon, LBA, BCBA
Lauren Capdepon, a proud native of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She started at Aspire in 2019 as a Registered Line Technician and quickly developed a passion for the field of ABA. She decided to further her knowledge and completed the Master’s Program in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University in March 2023. She believes that every child has the potential to thrive academically and socially, and she is committed to unlocking that potential through tailored interventions and support. Lauren has a special interest in teaching school-aged children the essential skills they need to be successful in a school setting.
Brittany Reed, LBA, BCBA
Brittany Reed is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Staying true to her Lafayette roots, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2016. In 2018, she began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis with Aspire, where she received direct supervision under Morgan F. Bernard, LBA, BCBA, as a Registered Line Technician for 5 years. During this time with Aspire, Brittany gained valuable field experience in clinical, school, and home settings, with a variety of clients and skill sets. Brittany received a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022. Brittany has a special interest in a subcategory of ABA, Operational Behavioral Management, and teaching skills in the natural environment. As a behavior analyst, she is passionate about providing ethical treatment in an engaging environment for all of her clients. Brittany is dedicated to collaborating with her clients and their loved ones on treatment plans, and providing ongoing support in building their skill sets.
Malcolm Haynes, LBA, BCBA
Malcolm Haynes is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), residing in Lafayette, Louisiana. He began his educational journey at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, proudly earning his undergraduate degree. More recently, Malcolm completed his Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University.
For the past three years, Malcolm has been a valued member of the Aspire team, where he has contributed to the growth of both his clients and the company while experiencing significant personal development. Reflecting on his journey, Malcolm acknowledges that when he first began, he never imagined returning to school to pursue a master’s degree. However, the long hours spent working closely with clients shifted his perspective in many profound ways.
Malcolm believes that every day presents a unique learning opportunity, as no two days are ever the same. His work has taught him not only about the functions of his clients' behavior but also about understanding his own. He embraces the balance between the challenges and the rewarding moments, such as witnessing clients achieve incredible milestones. For Malcolm, it’s about finding peace amidst the chaos, and he remains committed to growing alongside his clients and colleagues.
We have a highly-motivated team of Registered Line Technicians who are registered by the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board to implement Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy programs under the supervision of our Licensed Behavior Analysts. All Registered Line Technicians hold a Bachelor’s degree at minimum and have successfully passed a criminal background check, received certification in Pediatric First-Aid and CPR, and completed necessary staff training. All Registered Line Technicians are supervised by their respective Licensed Behavior Analyst for 5% of the time spent providing direct client care, which is in accordance with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board requirements.

Billing Manager
Mrs. Chastity Thompson is the Billing Manager at Aspire Behavioral Health Center with over ten years of billing experience. She is the point of contact for all financial and billing-related issues and is here to assist you with any questions you may have with compassion and patience. Chastity handles all things related to ABA services for all locations and oversees all other billing services. She is always here to help and encourages you to contact her anytime.
Psychology Billing Specialist
Mrs. Blayre Rosinski is the billing specialist at Aspire Behavioral Health Center. She handles all psychology insurance verification and benefits information, among other billing tasks. Blayre has over six years of billing experience in various medical settings. Her door is always open and encourages you to stop by or call with any questions or concerns you may have about your benefits for the services we provide.
Director of Engagement and Experience
Dorian Boudreaux brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director Engagement and Experience at our multidisciplinary ABA center. With a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and training as a LEND Trainee at LSU HDC, Dorian is well-equipped to manage the complexities of healthcare operations.
Her diverse roles within the center, including RLT, ABA, psychology and speech scheduling, community outreach, and care coordinator, have given her a deep understanding of clinical and administrative functions. This experience allows her to ensure smooth operations, optimize processes, and provide exceptional support to staff and clients.
ABA Scheduling Manager
Ms. Robin Foreman, the ABA scheduling manager. Ms. Robin has over a decade of experience in healthcare, including extensive experience in scheduling in multidisciplinary settings. Ms. Robin brings her passion for assisting families to the job and enjoys the critical thinking and problem-solving involved.
Speech Billing Specialist
Mrs. Shelbi Wheeler handles intakes, scheduling, billing, insurance verifications, and payment posting for our speech therapy department. Shelbi has over seven years of billing experience from various medical facilities throughout the Acadiana region. She is dedicated to helping our office and clients thrive and is always eager to assist with any questions or concerns.
